Crosstraining

Crosstraining is a workout type incorporating movements from various sports to develop as many physical skills as possible, either simultaneously or alternately. These skills are the following: strength, speed, coordination, endurance and flexibility. By mixing different types of movements, we can achieve a highly effective impact in developing these skills. A big part of the training session consists of bodyweight exercises, but we also use dumbbells, resistance bands, jump ropes etc. Whether it’s a simple circuit workout or you are completing it with a partner, progress is guaranteed! The workout sessions differ in complexity and difficulty, making them suitable for everyone. From amateurs to professional athletes, everyone can benefit from the advantages of Crosstraining tailored to their unique needs.

TRX training

TRX originated from the elite units of the US Navy SEALs, who seized every opportunity to maintain peak physical fitness and performance.

The benefits of TRX training: versatile resistance levels, improvement in strength and endurance, high-intensity sessions, increased calorie burn, functional training, complex movements, focus on multiple muscles at once, strengthens joints, reduces body fat while building muscle mass.

Functional training

Functional training targets the whole body. Its goal is to engage as many muscle groups as possible, depending on the individual’s condition, while also strengthening tendons in order to protect the joints health. Most exercises involve multiple joints and can be completed using body weight or additional weights. The other goal of functional training is to develop endurance alongside strength. Continuous motivation is ensured through the unpredictability and variety of workouts, as well as the new challenges they present. This workout prioritizes gradual, consistent progress by focusing on proper form during exercises, helping to prevent injuries, exhaustion and loss of motivation. The training is also ideal for body shaping, as the compound exercises performed during workouts burn more calories than aerobic or bodybuilding exercises.

HardCore

HardCore training combines elements from different workout types, including TRX, Crosstraining, Kettlebell, bodyweight and partner exercises. These exercises create a high afterburn effect that can last for up to 24 hours. The goal of this 60-minute session is to improve one’s physical appearance, reduce body fat, and enhance strength and endurance.

Spartan training

Spartan training is a highly functional and effective workout method, based on short, intense and constantly varied exercises. This training style utilizes a wide range of equipment, with its main goal being the improvement of strength endurance.
