I graduated from the Hungarian University of Sports Science in 2009, then earned my certification as a Fitness Instructor and Bodybuilding Trainer at IWI. Continuos learning and self-improvement have been to my journey ever since. I’ve obtained certifications as a G-Flex Trainer, Functional Trainer, Spine Trainer, Strength Trainer, and have also explored kinesio taping. I studied sign language for a year and a half, therefore I’m happy to welcome hearing-impaired or deaf individuals who are interested in fitness or sports. When I was younger, I was a thin, fragile boy who wanted to transform into someone with a more muscular and stronger physique. At 16, I started going to the gym on my own. I learned a lot from professional trainers, met a lot of new people and even made friendships. Later, I moved from the countryside to Budapest, where my life became focused on work. Unfortunately, during that time, training took a backseat.
Probably everyone has experienced something similar at some point in their life. As time goes on, we realize that something is missing – a spark, the feeling of fulfillment. When we look in the mirror, we may see an insecure person staring back at us, and this can make it harder to fit into different social circles.
I gathered my courage and rejoined the gym community. It felt special to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who shared the same passion. Eventually, I decided to take my knowledge and experience to another level. Along with my enthusiasm, I wanted to share this “gift” with others – helping them discover that extra spark in their everyday lives, which once was missing from my mine.

As a child, I explored football, judo and boxing before settling on weightlifting at the age of 12. I pursued weightlifting at a competitive level for 10 years, earning individual and team championship titles in Hungary.
