Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase or using any of our services. Use our services only if you agree with the terms highlighted. Both parties consider these terms binding.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") outline the rights and obligations of the client requesting services or products offered by Synergym, operated by ArtiFF Limited Liability Company (LLC).

PREAMBLE
Definition of Terms Used in the T&C:
Parties: The Seller (Service Provider) and the Buyer (Client) collectively.
Seller (Service Provider): The operator of Synergym Fitness Center and the website www.synergym.hu.
Buyer (Client): A person who submits a purchase offer through the Service Provider's website or in-person and creates a contract by requesting the purchase.
T&C (Terms and Conditions): This document highlights the details of the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer, as well as the terms and regulations of the concluded transaction.
Entry and Registration
Accessing the services of Synergym Fitness Center is only available after registering by filling out the Registration Form. Upon registration, the visitor will receive a single-use or multi-use access card, depending on the purchased service and membership. The access card is strictly personal and non-transferable. The cardholder is responsible for their own access card.
Visitors are held responsible for the access card, which remains the property of Synergym. In the event of damage or loss, the member is required to purchase a replacement card to continue using Synergym's services. The visitor must immediately report any loss or theft of the access card.
Access to Synergym’s fitness and wellness areas are available only with a validated access card at the reception desk and for visitors holding a valid day pass or membership.
The fees for Synergym’s services must be paid in advance upon entry.
Membership passes can only be used within their validity period; remaining sessions will not be refunded after the expiration date.
Membership extensions due to illness are only possible with a valid medical certificate. Each user may request a membership extension only once per calendar year.
With unlimited monthly memberships, visitors can enter the facility once per day. Multi-session memberships permit multiple entries per day, with each entry deducting one session from the total.
Any suspected misuse or fraud involving a Synergym membership will result in a report being filed with the police.
Additional Services
Synergym provides towels to members upon entry for a usage and deposit fee. Members are required to return the towels upon exit by placing them in the collection basket next the reception desk.
Currently, Synergym offers its sauna facilities free of charge to its members; however, these services are not considered part of the basic offerings. Synergym reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
The use of the sauna is at each member’s own risk. Members must adhere to the relevant provisions of the Gym Policies and the appropriate usage rules placed next to the entrance.
General Policies
Synergym’s property is private. The facility and equipment located on the premises may only be used as intended and in accordance with the provisions of the Gym Policies.
Members can use Synergym's facilities and services at their own risk. Synergym excludes liability for damages arising from the use of its services or sports equipment, except where such exclusion or limitation is explicitly prohibited by law.
Synergym is not liable for damages resulting from the violation of the Gym Policies, particularly damages related to the loss, theft, or damage of valuables on its territory.
For members, Synergym provides free storage for valuables in a monitored area near the reception, which is under video surveillance.
Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to maintain order and cleanliness on Synergym’s premises.
Synergym's services must be used appropriately and in a manner that does not disturb the peace or workout of other members.
Individuals who are incapacitated, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are infectious and unwell to be in a public space, are not allowed to enter Synergym Fitness Center.
Pregnant women may use Synergym’s services solely at their own risk.
Children under the age of 14 are allowed to use our services only under the supervision of a parent or a personal trainer. Children under the age of 6 are allowed on the premises only with the permission of Synergym management.
Aggressive, rude, or dangerous behavior that threatens the safety of others — such as pushing, fighting, or threatening — is strictly prohibited on Synergym’s premises.
Additionally, any behavior disrupting the workout of other members is prohibited. In the event of aggressive communication or behavior towards the staff of Synergym, we reserve the right to deny entry to the member or suspend their membership.
Synergym has the right to prohibit individuals who violate the Gym Policies from using its services or, if necessary, remove or have them removed from the premises of Synergym. In cases beyond the authority of Synergym management, we reserve the right to request assistance from the police or other authorities. Visitors who are removed from the premises or banned from using Synergym’s services cannot make any claims against Synergym or its management.
Members may only use the services of Synergym while wearing appropriate attire required for the use of the facility (see additional information in Gym Policies).
The consumption of alcohol and smoking, including all types of electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the territory of Synergym.
It is prohimited to bring any dangerous materials (infectious, toxic, flammable, explosive, irritant or harmful substances causing dust, gas, vapor, mist, or radiation), weapons, sharp objects or cutting tools, or any other item deemed dangerous by management, as well as narcotics, intoxicating substances, or alcohol, onto Synergym's premises.
Scooters and bicycles are not allowed inside Synergym’s premises. Storage facilities are available at the bicycle rack near the office building entrance, but the usage of these is at the owner’s own risk.
Bringing fragile items (e.g., glass) or sharp objects into the facility is prohibited. Drinks (non-alcoholic beverages such as water or soda) may only be brought in in plastic bottles.
Commercial activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on Synergym’s premises. This includes barter, currency exchange, sales, advertising, propaganda (e.g., placing advertisements, posters, or flyers), distribution of promotional items or product samples, the sale of personal items for business purposes, insurance brokerage or trading, illegal gambling, and the provision of music services.
Promotional activities of any kind may only be carried out on Synergym’s premises with prior approval from Synergym management.
Any decorative or promotional materials (e.g., plants, flyers, advertisements, promotional items), electronic devices, or children’s toys may only be brought in on Synergym’s premises with prior approval from Synergym management.
It is prohibited to record audio, video, or take photographs on Synergym’s premises or during sessions without prior approval from Synergym management.
Personal training or instructions may only be conducted by certified personal trainers, instructors, or coaches who have a contract with Synergym. Third parties are not authorized to provide such services on the territory of Synergym.
Use of Synergym Services
Sauna Area and Locker Room Use
Synergym provides gender-separated locker rooms and showers, as well as a co-ed sauna for its members.
The use of lockers and hairdryers in the locker room is included in the price of passes and memberships.
The sauna rest area may only be used in appropriate attire (swimsuit, towel, or bathrobe). The sauna itself may only be used with a sauna sheet or towel.
Wearing slippers is mandatory in the sauna area, its lobby and the showers.
The fittings in the restrooms must be used as intended. It is strictly prohibited to dispose of waste, trash (e.g., rags, sanitary pads), or hazardous materials into drains or toilets.
Gym Area and Functional Training Room
Members are allowed to use the gym equipment provided on Synergym’s premises (e.g., dumbbells, step up platforms, balls, jump ropes, mats, etc.) only for their intended purpose.
After use, members are required to return the equipment to its proper place, reset the machines to their default or start positions, and return items picked up at the reception desk upon exiting. In the event of damage to or loss of gym equipment, the member is financially liable to Synergym management.
Gym equipment and machines in the gym area are only allowed to be used as intended and in accordance with their user instructions.
Members can use all gym equipment and machines at their own risk. When using the equipment, members must consider their own health, fitness level, body type, and strength. If you have any questions, please seek assistance or guidance from Synergym staff (particularly from our personal trainers).
Members are financially liable to the Operator for any damage to or loss of gym equipment owned by Synergym and used by the members.
Only Synergym's gym equipment may be used in the Gym Area and Functional Training Room. It is strictly prohibited to bring any other gym equipment into these areas.
The gym area is allowed to be used only in clean, hygienically appropriate attire suitable for exercising using gym equipment. This includes shoes, tank tops, T-shirts, and sweatpants. If you have any questions regarding appropriate attire, please ask a staff member. For hygiene reasons, members must use a towel to avoid direct body contact with the gym machines. Additionally, all machines must be sanitized with disinfectant provided by the facility after use.
Outside clothes, outside shoes, or dirty sneakers are not permitted in the gym area.
If a member is wearing inappropriate sports attire, Synergym staff has the right to request that the member changes into suitable and clean clothing. If the member fails to do this, they may be prohibited from using the gym area.
Improper use of gym equipment and machines can be dangerous. For any questions or assistance, Synergym staff is always ready and available to help members.
Training in the gym is only permitted in closed-toe sneakers. It is strictly prohibited to exercise in slippers, sandals, socks, tights or barefoot.
What to do in case of an accident or emergency (e.g., fire alarm or bomb threat):
Upon noticing an accident or dangerous event, please, immediately notify the reception desk and the appropriate authorities using the following contact numbers:
General Emergency: 112
Ambulance: 104
Firefighters: 105
Police: 107
If there is a fire alarm or bomb threat, all sports activities, sauna use, or other services must be stopped, and the premises must be evacuated immediately.
In case of emergency, the elevator is not operational. Use the nearest staircase and exit to evacuate the building. Follow the emergency exit signs to leave the premises safely.
Re-entering the building is only allowed after the emergency has been resolved and with the authorization of the security services.
A critical event is any situation or circumstance that significantly deviates from normal conditions and poses a threat to the life or physical safety of people present at Synergym or causes or has the potential to cause severe damage to the financial goods within Synergym or leads to serious disruption in the gym’s operations.
If members notice any threat or accident occurring on Synergym’s premises, they must immediately notify the receptionist on duty to ensure the needed action is taken. The Operator will document the incident in an official report.
Opening hours
The gym’s services are only available during opening hours.
Members using Synergym’s services are required to leave the premises no later than the closing time, in accordance with the opening hours.
