With the guidance of a personal trainer, you can reach your goals faster and minimize the risk of sports injuries. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose weight, or focus on rehabilitation, working with a personal trainer ensures success.

INDIVIDUAL OR
PARTNER TRAINING?
We will help you achieve your goals!
You can choose between individual and partner training sessions based on your personal preferences and goals. During individual training, it’s just you and your trainer, who focuses solely on you for 60 minutes straight. In partner training sessions, 1 or 2 other clients join you and your personal trainer for a shared workout. These sessions are slightly cheaper, but your personal trainer’s attention is divided among the clients.
MEETING WITH YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER
During your first meeting, you will have the opportunity to get to know your chosen personal trainer better.
LIFESTYLE DISCUSSION
Your trainer will ask you questions regarding your lifestyle, eating habits and any potential harmful addictions you may have.
REVIEW OF MEDICAL HISTORY
You’ll discuss any health issues, injuries, or medications you may be taking (if applicable, please bring your medical reports with you).
SETTING GOALS
You’ll discuss your goals, the types of workouts you enjoy and the ones you’re not interested in at all.
WORKOUT SCHEDULE
You will discuss which days and times work best for your sessions to ensure you can attend all of them.
FITNESS ASSESSMENT
You’ll measure your body (hip, waist, thigh, and abdomen) along with your weight and body fat percentage.
FITNESS TESTS
Using various tests focusing on endurance, strength and flexibility, you’ll assess your current fitness level and capacity for training.
PLANNING YOUR SESSIONS
After the fitness assessment, your personal trainer will evaluate the results and create a personalized workout plan for you.
The personal training fee can be paid directly to your personal trainer. The price of your gym entry or membership does not include the price of your personal training sessions, and the personal training fee does not cover gym access.
